Agree but feel like there is some truth to it. Remember coming across a post a few days ago where a very very qualified applicant with high stats, gpa, ecs, etc was accepted at several reach schools but waitlisted at Skidmore. Nothing against Skidmore but that just didn’t make sense to me.
skidmore seems to be yielding a lot of people this year. Both me and a friend of mine got WL when we had much higher stats than 75%, and we both have gotten accepted to more competitive schools. both of us just threw it on the list in December, neither showed any interest
S is waitlisted. He really wants to go to Carleton.
Son is WL, hope he can get in!
