Hello All,

I have been watching this discussion for the past couple of days as my son applied ED II and we have not gotten any mail yet. He just checked online and found out he got in with a very nice financial aid package. He is very excited to to be a Carl this fall.

@Mmrosa- Since it is need based (with no merit), I’ll just say that out final cost is about 2K less than their cost estimator estimated for us. I have found that the cost calculators at all of the private LAC’s he applied to (Lawrence University, Augustana College, and Illinois Wesleyan) were fairly close to his actual award.
