Without taking weather differences into consideration. Premed track - which school?
Wow, that is a comparison pair of schools I have never seen discussed here before.
UM is four times larger than C, and will have some class sizes much larger than anything a C.
C is about 3 or 4 tiers higher academically, top 5 LAC in the nation.
C is going to have, overall, a consistently more accomplished and gifted set of students based on their admissions criteria.
Pre-Med is all about grades and MCATs. You can accomplish both these at other schools.
This, besides the dramatic climate and geographic difference, really comes down to big fish in smaller pond academically v. one of the many big fish all together.
I will interested to see what others add to this combination.
