did anybody get an e-mail concerning this. it's a survey about college websites. if you participate in it they say you get $20 gift certificate to amazon. are any of you doing it?

Link to the survey?

I like doing these. Amazon GC's for surveys rule :).

so it's just a survey i wont get a whole bunch of junk mail afterwards, etc?

I've made close to 100 bucks on various surveys for Amazon that I find. Total time spent filling out the questions was like an hour and a half to two hours, so it's pretty sweet.

No, I've never had any problems with spam afterwards, but just in case, I always have a few e-mail accounts that I use whenever I do stuff like this. Hotmail just increased capacity to 250MB, so use it :).

By the way. Link to survey! :D

there is no link i got an e-mail. here is the gist of it.

The focus group will be hosted online on Thursday, November 18th 21st
from 3:00PM CST to 3:30 PM CST. Before the session you will receive a
confirmation email with a toll-free conference call dial-in number and
a Web site URL - you'll need to access the link the same time you call
in using the toll-free number. You don't need to do anything else in
preparation; just come willing to share your thoughts. Space in the
group is limited to 8 participants, and slots will be filled on a
first-come basis, so please sign up now! And remember, $20 to Amazon for just
30 minutes of your time!

i found it a little weird that it was only eight people. it asks for this indicate your name, your year in high school, and your home state.

so you say no junk mail or anything of the sort?

I wouldn't expect it, but don't use your primary e-mail account. Just good sense.

UC-you a fatwalleter?
