Thought I would make a thread since I haven’t seen one so far. If anyone has been accepted/rejected/waitlisted yet, please comment below! I don’t think I’ve seen many people who have applied to CMU as transfers on the internet thus far.
i was accepted and am transferring to CFA as a VP major from the University of Michigan!
oh that’s crazy!!! congrats!!! when were you accepted? i feel like i’m still in the dark haha
march 26th! CFA had an earlier decision date. it says on the website that transfers to all other colleges should know no later than may 31st 
ah i think i did see the different decision dates. an acceptance is still a huge deal! will you being committing to cmu? if so, hope to see you there in the fall!
Do you mind sharing why you are transferring? My S is deciding between SMTD and CMU, but for music technology.
I just realized I desire a smaller program/more undergrad-focused and a smaller campus. i also just didn’t really fit in in Ann Arbor and really like the area around CMU/Pitt. i didn’t have much of a freshman year also as I began in fall 2020, so maybe that was some sort of factor.

seems like there was a small wave of rejections this past sunday. other than that no, at least for me and a few of my friends
