Carnegie Mellon or Berkeley for Computer Science and Robotics

I have been accepted to SCS in CMU and EECS in Berkeley, but am not sure which one to choose. I know I want to do comp sci and robotics (and do research in these subjects) I do not get in-state tuition in Berkeley (I live on the east coast)

At CMU, I could do the additional major in Robotics, but at Berkeley, they have an EE core, which I think is important in Robotics.

After undergrad I want to go to in to academia.
