so i am applying to carnegie mellon (regular decision) and deciding to major in something like engineering. can i still submit a portfolio/art supplement or is that only for people who are applying to their art school? if i can submit a portfolio (even though i am going for engineering), what is the deadline for it and how do i submit (through slides, CD, etc)?
And if I do not submit portfolios bc i am majoring in engineering, can i still submit them for scholarships?
