Carnegie Mellon w/o Subject Tests

is there any point in applying to CMU without decent subject test scores. Mine are all between 650-690 for Chem, US history, and math 2

I got a 770 on the math section of the SAT but Idk why i did so poorly on math 2 (I have no problem with math at school either) I studied and did well on practice tests so idk…

My choices in order would be college of science, business, and comp sci

I dont think i have a chance at all for comp sci though

I’m in the top 2% of my class of 650 seniors, I’m an ap scholar with honor, 3 science fair awards (1 at regionals), prez of french honor society, unicef officer (in 11 and 12), debate officer in 12, helping to plan our school’s first debate conference, 100+ hours at local hospital, manager of sports team (11th grade and prob spring of 12), national honor society, french honor society, math honor society, science honor society (all of which i tutor for twice a week), volunteered in India at a school for abandoned and orphaned kids last summer (created a syllabus) and taught two grades there in both english and Telugu for 3 weeks, recieevd two Telugu language credits for passing a world language exam provided by the county, one 2, two 3’s, one 4, and one 5 on ap exams that ive taken (should I send ap scores?..)

i’m indian and from nova (which is a super competitive area already)

I take AB Calc, AP Physics, AP Gov, AP Human geo, AP French, AP Lit, and Business law/management
Last year I took AP Psych, APUSH, AP Lang, and AP Chem (A- in chem)
I took regular comp sci and AP World sophomore year (B+ in AP world)
Straight A’s in 9th grade with 4 honors classes

Ive taken 8 Honors classes and 11 ap classes overall
