<p>My D went to Carolina Kickoff last year. I think there is an essay question on the application. I’m pretty sure that last year they released the question in advance, so you could write it up ahead of time, and then just cut-and-paste at midnight when you fill out your application. I suggest you go to the Carolina Kickoff website ASAP. There are email addresses for a couple of people that help run the program; you could ask them about this year’s application process, and see if it’s similar to last year, and if so you could get the questions in advance and can give it to your friend to submit for you.</p>
