Should I buy the size the school recommends or go smaller? Daughter will be in a quad
Just bumping up for any input on rug in the rooms.
Id recommend getting a smaller rug. My son was in a quad in Taylor and his roommate bought the full size and the only way to make it fit was to cut it to fit around the desks (which are permanent). Unfortunately we moved in before the roommate did and couldn’t unpack until the carpet was down - but we didn’t feel right cutting it without his permission. Finally reached him after many calls - it was very frustrating. Unless you don’t mind cutting it and give roommates permission to cut it if you’re not there lol.
But they did like having the carpet in the room.
I might go two sizes smaller, and they put it in the area with the desks , not the bedroom? Thanks
There’s really not much room in the bedroom. They put more of a runner in the bedroom between the beds - maybe 2’ x 6’. He said that was nice to have.
