CAS/COM double major possible?

So I was just accepted as a spring 2017 transfer into CAS for English. I was snooping around BU’s website and found double majoring options between CAS and SED, but I was wondering if I would be able to declare both Journalism and English? I’d like to be saturated with literature and creative writing, but also reporting and expository writing.

Just curious if anywone has combined COM and CAS before. Thanks!

You can definitely double major across colleges—though depending on major recs overloading/taking credits over the summer might be required. English as a major at BU does not require a lot of classes (I think in total it requires 12 or 13 but I’m not sure) but I know Journalism is very intensive.
