CAS or Wharton?

I'm a high school junior who would love to go to Penn. I have a 4.0 and my predicted SAT grades, as based on the PSAT and other practice tests, should be well over 2200. I'm involved in many leadership positions (president of three clubs, on two leadership councils, etc.). My clubs are mostly centered around politics/debate. I'm not sure whether or not I should apply to Wharton or to CAS. I definitely plan on going into business after college, but I enjoy learning about politics and economics too. If I apply to CAS, I would like to major in PPE and try to get a duel degree from Wharton. Is this a good path to take, or am I better off applying to Wharton and taking my chances in admissions there? What's it like doing a duel degree program? If I don't get into Wharton too, can I still go into business after graduation from PPE? If I take summer classes, would it be possible to graduate in four years (and still have a social life)?

Anyone? Anyone?
