<p>Each high school seems to handle CAS differently. At our D’s high school, CAS hours were fulfilled by ECs. Service hours for things like NHS, counted towards CAS service hours. Yoga class (verified by by the studio) counted towards activity. </p>
<p>Talk to someone at your school and check into the CAS requirements.</p>
<p>It kind of depends. Talk to your CAS coordinator and see what counts as CAS. Nearly all of my ECs counted as CAS project, like strings ensemble, MUN, martial arts.</p>
