<p>You can internal transfer, but only after spending your freshman year in CAS. In addition, the process is very competitive - think 10-15% acceptance rate.</p>

<p>There are certain pre-requisites Stern wants you to take before applying as a transfer (I think its micro, calc 1 and a semester of writing for freshmen). You can check this out on the website.</p>
