CAS vs. the Liberal Studies Program?

Which is easier to get into?
Could I get into either?
3.6 GPA, 2110 SAT, 7 AP's with 4+ on all of them.
700+ on Chem, World, and Math II SAT II.
good recs including one from Warner Bros.
Head of a club that raised $1500+ for international aid and a few more decent EC's.

Thanks.

You can’t apply directly to LSP.

i think you are good enough to go into CAS directly. after all, my stats are slightly lower.

How do you get into LSP??

Selected students that are rejected from the school they originally applied to are offered admission to LSP. So I guess LSP would be “easier” to get into. Usually the average SATs for LSP is around 1900 but I have seen much higher get LSP so it’s not really a safe bet. And then I’ve seen kids with higher stats then LSP students but lower than CAS get rejected.

You look like a pretty competitive applicant though, good luck!

I had a 1340/2030 SAT, 3.7 GPA, 600-700 on my SAT IIs and I got LSP for CAS. I’ve seen people with both higher and lower grades than that get into both LSP and CAS. I’m not really sure what their criteria for acceptance is.
