Alpha Phi Omega is a a nationwide coed "fraternity" specifically dedicated to community service. The chapter at Case has no house and isn't included in the greek organizations.

Not worried about social life. But what about the weather and the location/neighborhood? Are those problems?

I mean you have to take the necessary precautions because of the area. I'd be lying if I said it was the best neighborhood, but it's definitely not that bad. I mean us students may joke about it, but Case does a good job trying to keep the area safe. There are a ton of cops circling the campus all the time. However, there will thefts every once in a while. Also, the university needs to do a better job with their blue light system.

The weather...um do you really want to know? The lake effect is certainly prominent here. It rains a lot. It hasn't snowed as much. The weather changes a lot within a day. It can be really bad looking in the morning and brighten up during the day.

Cleveland weather is unpredictable. Monday it was like 49, today it was like 12. (Dont forget Lake Effect Snow!) Campus is not in a fantastic neighborhood, but it’s in University Circle which is where most of the museums are located. Also it is next to the main hospitals in Cleveland. Next to downtown, it’s the most social and fun area in the city of Cleveland.

I’m a senior at a high school in the suburbs about 3 miles from Case; I have a few friends there and they don’t seem to have too many complaints about the location, but I suppose they knew exactly what they were in for. I have my music lessons at the Cleveland Institute of Music also in University Circle, and honestly the area is really nice and if I was not trying to get away from my parents I may have considered the school.

Yeah, if it was 45 degrees today, I would've gone out and tried to tan. That warm weather was a god send. It's really windy by my dorm. I can hear the wind really whistling into my windows.
