Case Western PPSP Medicine

I got no email!

Me neither! But my application was confirmed a long time ago. Does anyone know why this might be?

wait, where can we find out-will they send an email tomorrow or reg mail?

its by email but maybe they send out notifications in waves

^ S gave me permission to check his inbox. All I see is a notice from hsbc (hsbc doesn’t even rhyme with ppsp), which identifies itself as the world’s local bank, telling him to activate the internet banking account. I will check his inbox a couple of times more later on today, just in case. he did receive email that the ppsp app is complete when he applied, but never received any email since. I note that ppsp’s notification seems to be about a month earlier than their ppsp schedule two years ago, and their Feb.1 notification seems to have started last year. By tuesday next week it should become clear whether he was invited or not and therefore whether to bother with filing css profile or not. good luck to you all.

I got an interview :D

Got it! Now 4/4 in med program interviews: Northwestern HPME, UMiami HPM, UMKC 6 year Program, and now Case Western PPSP!

i got an email about getting admission to the university through early action with a scholarship, but there was no information about the med interview

My son received the admission letter through EA toady. But no mention of PPSP. Who ever received the interview notification, please post he details. Did you receive a separate e-mail for PPSP or is it mentioned in the admission letter itself?

Got my admissions decision with a scholarship but no interview notification yet.

8yearman – did you receive a separate e-mail besides admission to CWRU for PPSP?

Same here, I got the email saying I was accepted to Case, but no mention of the interview. Did it come in a separate email?

No. I got it all in one.

It said it in the email letter that the link was given to?

I only got a university admissions acceptance. Guess that’s an automatic rejection from the PPSP

To those who are wondering: If your online letter doesn’t say anything about PPSP, chances are you didn’t get an interview. Mine said nothing, and when I received the undergrad acceptance packet in the mail, included was the PPSP rejection letter.

How many interviewers are invited each year? How many finally accepted? Is the PPSP harder than the PLME in Brown?

PPSP is about a 3% acceptance rate. Brown PLME is around 4%. They are pretty equal. Rice/Baylor and Northwestern are about 1-1.5% acceptance rate.

Thanks 8yearman! Congratulation for getting your interview. Did you get free ride for the 4 yr undergrad in Case?
