Case Western Reserve Dorms?

Was wondering if anyone knows what the freshman dorms are like in the North Residential Village of Case Western Reserve University? Which are better than others (bigger, good location, more clean)? Also are any of the halls more social than the others, like is there a so-called party dorm? I know the “themes” that each hall had were phased out, but I was wondering if remnants of the themes still had an effect on the types of people in each dorm?

Here is a map and a virtual tour of the dorms:

They are basic 2 person dorm rooms all clustered together near the dining hall. You really can’t go wrong.

Mistletoe was the very social house, service oriented. There was a perception that the more athletic
students would sign up for Mistletoe about six years ago.
Thats too bad, as it was a great freshman experience for my son to do the service projects, and got
students to get out into Cleveland .

@bopper Do you know why they phased out the freshman houses at Case? When did that happen?

I am not sure if they did phase them out? The OP only says that the themes were phased out?

They are still shown as "Historical themes’

This is from last and mentions the houses.

This might be a little late, just finished somphmore year. I lived in Smith and I know at the time I think this and Taft(not sure if it was this) were the renovated and nicer dorms. I haven’t been back in those for a while, but they were noticably better. Maybe they all got better, but I doubt that.

They are all basically the same size and in the same place anyway. Imo housing gets better as you go through the years unless you get screwed by the lottery.
