Castilian Dorm + Free $100

LIVE AT CASTILIAN DORM FOR SPRING SEMESTER 2010 AND GET FREE $100 AND MAYBE EVEN MORE.

Hey Guys,

I am currently living at the Castilian Dorm (off campus dorm) and signed an year long lease agreement with them. My family is moving to live here in Austin second semester and they want me to stay with them (so I'll have my car and all the goodies) but I need to find someone to replace me at the Castlian.

Out of Dobie, Towers, and Castilian dorms, I choose Castilian to live after extensive research (some members on here prolly know how much I asked around) and honestly, it was a good choice for me.

Towers is just too far away

Castilian had all the shops ..subway ..big bite ..nearby ..and it was super close to Campus.

My Experience so Far: The food is definitely better than both Dobie and Towers (tried them both) and my all the RA's are friendly..since they are living for free I guess. And no noises at night.

Anyways, let me know if you are interested in living at Castilian dormitory for the spring semester or Spring 2010.

I'll offer $100 and maybe even more depending on how early you take over the lease for the spring semester.

Was it a single room…for the single room price? And I hope your cost slash will take into account the fact that no meal plan will be involved, though you may not have realized this.

Yes, its a single room for a single room price and if you don’t like the convenience of being on the 13th floor (since the first 10 floors are parking garage and the 11th is lobby), then you can have a room change. The meal plan is for unlimited for the spring semester, but if you don’t want the meal plan, I can work with their accountant to get you no meal plan. But however, do remember and calculate yourself how much you its worth to get a meal plan vs. no meal plan.
