Casually Freaking Out, deferred twice, rejected once...help!

Do you know what you want? Does your application indicate your strengths and passions? Did you take the strongest course of studies your school offers?

Providence is clear that sucess in and strength of curricula are their strongest criteria. Also, PC does not require SATs so your Math score is not likely the issue for them - unless you were applying to a math or science major there - did you submit your scores there? If you did, perhaps, you do not want to do that with other schools. Try to learn from PC’s feedback.

Since you are deferred from UVM and Fairfield, you are still being considered at both places and that is good news. Now, you need to think about how to enhance your chances of admission.

A letter to the school that is your sincere first choice with specific reasons about why you are a fit and why you can make a difference to the community may make a difference.

Good luck
