<p>Is it possible to see a list of classes online? I mainly ask in terms of electives, since I know to follow your "major map" for the mandatory courses. Also, should I know the courses that I want to take before orientation?</p>

<p>Select fall then select a department and you can peruse the list of classes. You can see what classes are available and at what times, and build some tentative schedules if you want. It helps once you get to orientation to have some idea. New class sections of popular freshman classes ARE opened up before each orientation.</p>
