My fumbling GC put my cumulative GPA 3.41/4 !! Apparently it was an honest mistake, he looked at a different student's CGPA in an excel file without triple checking!! My CGPA is 3.806! It makes a huge difference! What should I do?

BTW, I can't mail a corrected, printed version to the colleges because:
a) some of them have the all paper or all-online policy; they dont accept part of it online and part of it paper.
b) the cost is prohibitive; to send a paper application through courier (Im from the middle east), it would cost me $84.56 approximately...Im applying to 9 schools through the common application!!!! thats too much, honestly.

Im almost breaking down here :'( help, please!

The phone calls should come first to confirm the best way to deal with this at each school where it has been submitted. I would think a short and direct written message on school letterhead signed by your GC explaining only the GPA correction is the best way to handle it. Whatever you send, it should identify you by name, school, birthdate and it can also be helpful to include your common app ID.
