Caught in a Dilemma

I am going to be a sophomore in college this coming fall and am debating whether to leave my current school and transfer to another. With my current situation I am a commuter student and have an internship job with a great employer near my home. My boss never stops telling me that I can work here during my 4 years in school and then after 4 years they will offer me a job and how she wants me to be all trained and prepared, etc. Here's the dilemma: If I transfer I won't be able to keep this job, as I will be relocating to that school's campus which is about 1.5 hours away from here. Should I stay here for four more years or transfer.

BTW- I absolutely do not like my current school and I really don't want to pursue a carrer in what I am doing right now.

Thanks for all your help!

I think the first thing you should do is figure out what do you want to study...then see whether that school or your current school has a better program. In my opinion if the other school is not much better dont bother as experience on your resume is huge.

Thanks for the input Mike. I know what I want to do- I want to get a bba with a concentration in finance. Hopefully to later get into an ibank, asset management firm. the school i would transfer to is better at this than my current school. also, my current employer is an engineering firm and i work in the project management department. so, it's not really up my alley.

Wow you sound EXACTLY like me.....the only problem with myself is that i lose so much credits (Junior to Sophomore status upon transfer)....anyway good luck with everything!
