<p>Question: did they used to tell you the percentage of kids who got merit aid? Now they have the average award but not the percentage. Someone in the merit aid sticky talked about this as a resource, I went ahead and subscribed, and don't see percentages.</p>
<p>I subscribed last year and found the info very helpful. You could set up profiles for different types of schools and keep them for later viewing.</p>
<p>This interface actually gives less than last year's edition. Not an improvement.</p>
<p>Someone posting on CC has implied that he/she works for US News. This person hasn't posted on this thread yet but I'm wondering if he/she (or anyone else at US News?) is paying any attention to this negative customer feedback?</p>

<p>I would also love to talk to that person about the magazine subscription that I ordered more than 8 weeks ago, and didn't receive. I had to contact customer service, and after about 6 emails (including their confirmation email), finally got them to admit they made a mistake! Not good customer service. </p>
<p>Wouldn't it be great if they could fix some of the useability issues??</p>
