CB Blue book and actual SAT exams

Hi everyone~

I've been doing a lot of practice tests from the CB blue book and I was wondering if any of those questions in the blue book are actually likely to appear on the actual SAT? Has anyone ever come across similar/identical questions on the real SATs that were in the book? I know this kind of happened for my SAT Math IIC test where I came across two questions that were VERY similar to ones I've seen in prep books.

Thank you~~!

yes it’s very similar… though some people would say the BB is a lil easier than the actual test.

^Thanks for the reply~~ So does CB actually reuse some of the questions published in the BB?

I think they are just similar, not identical (CB tests the same content in every tests), so we can’t say that CB reuses them.
By the way, how much do your actual scores vary with your practice test scores in BB? It’s usually higher or lower?

I remember a couple of math problems on the May SAT were very similar to ones on the two free online tests.

@Strawberrieee: I only took it once in January, and my actual score was a lot lower than the CB practice test scores I took…=( I think that was partly because of me that day…i have no idea why it was so low haha But generally I heard that CB is slightly easier than the actual SAT…

also, there are released QAS(actual SAT exams) out there; so if u run out, you’ll know what to look for. :)

ohh are these QAS exams available online, by any chance? or do u have to order them? >.<

you have to order them
if not, borrow your friend who orders them.

All SAT questions are reused 4 times. So do enough practice tests, and you will see repeat questions.

How many are QAS tests? And how many are there out there?
