socially inept

you should not have donated your blood…
The problem is obvious… just eat some good food and have some rest. You will be ok. I think it is because of low blood pressure.

btw, i have no health insurance, too. lol

they gave me a mini physical and they said i was good
:frowning:
guess not
i understood the first few days of wooziness but its almost been a week,

How big are you? Male/female? If you’re a small girl or guy then it sometimes can take a few days for normal blood circulation to return, particularly to the brain. Almost a week is worrying though. Plasma levels are meant to be restored within 48 hours. You may also be anemic, ie. have an iron deficiency (which nurses are actually meant to check for before drawing blood).

You should really make some sort of an effort to get to a doctor. Try going back to the clinic where you donated and tell them what’s happened. Seeing as the symptoms have arisen because of donating blood they should be happy to help you.

In the meantime, eat lots of sugary and iron-rich foods and drink lots of water. Don’t move around too much.

And get some health insurance.

Common symptom of HIV. Not AIDS though.
