<p>i have taken 4 classes at a community college, but i got a low grade in one of them. uc and stanford say that i have to send the transcript, but penn said i don't have to, but it is generally in my advantage to do so. so, should i send the transcript or not?</p>

A microeconomics
C international relations (i missed one week of class for a school event, and the professor wouldn't let me make up the test that week which was 15-20% of my grade) should i tell that to adcoms?</p>

<p>You have to list the courses you've taken at cc colleges on the common application anyways right? I think it's best to be honest adn just tell them that you got a C. Though of course, explain the reason (perhaps the additional informatino section?) Or, maybe ask your couselor to explain in his/her rec?</p>
