CC Courses in HS that did not transfer?

Ok..so I took some community college courses during high school because I knew that I was going to community college after graduation. Any ways I checked oasis and apparently USC doesn't count it because

" Courses must be taught on the college campus by college faculty and not used toward high school graduation to earn credit; courses taught in a high school setting, even if they are transcripted by a college or university, do not earn credit at USC."

I was in courses with other community college students that were most likely going to transfer to 4 years and not high school students. The cc course were not taught specifically to HS students.
Any whooo..how can I correct this or prove it so that all my units transfer? I have a feeling that it has something to do with the "articulation petition", does anyone know more information about this?

Question 2...what happens when i exceed the units and should I try to correct it?

"TRANSFER UNITS NOT AVAILABLE - EXCEEDED RESIDENCY LIMITS:
UNITS REMOVED BECAUSE A MAXIMUM OF 64 IS GRANTED:
5.00 UNITS "
What course do they generally remove and how does it affect me if that grade was a A or C?

You can only transfer 64 units earned elsewhere regardless of whether you prove you took those at CC.

hmm for example they didn’t accept my english 101 class but they accepted my english 103 class…do i have to retake english 101 again?
or for example i took econ macro at cc and econ micro b4 high school graduation…do i have to take econ micro again?
Will I get some sort of credit so I don’t have to retake it over again?

I’d try looking at your STARS report in OASIS, it will show what requirements you have fulfilled and what you still need for your intended degree.
