<p>I think this topic deserves it’s own thread since many of you have expressed some interest in this possibility in previous threads.</p>
<p>We should be planning this a little closer to move-in day.</p>
<p>But anyway, I think all us Davis CC'ers should get together for some dinner downtown a couple days into school..</p>

<p>A cheap coffee place is fine by me if everyone else wants it there but I was thinking more of a cool dinner night where we could all like talk over some good food...Its up to you guys tho. I still only have a vague idea of places to eat downtown, so its up in the air. Im up for doing some research tho, and we have the wiki for reference..</p>
<p>Well, I've only eaten at the London Fish and Chips place and the Italian pizza place in the University Park Inn's parking lot. I did notice that students gathered in a huge line to eat at Fuji Chef the two days I was in Davis back in April. Other then that, I have only people's recommendations and the wiki as helpers in distinguishing price, and quality of the different resturants in town.</p>

<p>Is that the famous pizza place in Davis? Or is that some other pizza joint...If it is, I heard its pretty good. And ive wanted to eat there after hearing a lot about it at SA, too, so...</p>
