CC Flexible Testing Policy - What to submit?

I am having issues deciding what scores to submit in my application to Colorado College. They have a flexible testing policy, meaning I could choose one quantitative test, one verbal or writing test, and one test of my choice from AP exams, IB exams, ACT or SAT.

I have only done the ACT and SAT.
These are my highest composites, and they also happen to be each of my highest subscores.

SAT: Reading 680 / Math 630 / Writing 680 // Composite 1990
ACT: English 35 / Math 25 / Reading 25 / Science 27 / Writing 08 // Composite 28

Should I submit one or the other test in full? Or utilize the flexible testing policy?

Note: A friend mentioned that they might be suspicious if I submit the SAT and not ACT, since I am from the midwest and ACT is more common.

Your 2 scores are very comparable. The only thing stands out is your ACT English score. It would be fine if you submit either SAT or ACT (or both). Don’t worry about not submitting one or the other score unless the school wants to see all scores.

Great - thank you!
