i'm wondering if my community college GPA will count on my bachelors GPA. i ask this because i plan on getting my masters degree and most applicants have north of a 3.5 when applying for grad school. So will my CC gpa count when i'm applying for grad school or will they only look at my GPA from my two years at university?

i know that when you transfer, your GPA starts over. so for your bachelor GPA, it would only be the GPA you earn after you transfer…
but idk about when you apply for grad school. good question…

Everything will count including your CC gpa.

Professional schools, like medical and law schools, count all college grades (at least up to your bachelor’s degree) when calculating your GPA.

PhD programs are probably more holistic, and likely emphasize the grades in the upper division courses in your major, along with undergraduate research.

When my husband was apply to grad school engineering they only looked at his last 60hrs. So I would say it depends on the Grad school.

What type of masters program are you looking at?

i wanna go on to get my M.B.A after i get my BA

If you look at the grad program admissions criteria, the schools will usually explain what GPA they’ll look at for evaluation.
