I'm a really indecisive person and I would really appreciate some CC advice. I was accepted at McGill awhile ago (I'm Canadian, from just outside of Vancouver), and recently was just accepted to UC Berkeley and Tufts. I also want to thank you guys on CC, I honestly don't think I could have done the whole American college application process without your advice and support. Anyways, I guess I never actually thought I would be accepted anywhere in the US, and now I'm having a really tough time deciding. No one at my school applied anywhere in the states, so I can't really seek advice there. I'm also undecided on what major I would like to pursue. I'm really interested in both International Relations or Pre-Med.. kind of all over the place. Anyways, I'll list some of the pros and cons of each school, and if you guys could provide input I would really really appreciate it.

McGill

Pros: -More familiar to me (Canadian)
-Way cheaper (scholarship + no international tuition)
-City campus with a ton of things in proximity

Cons: -Many people are going from my school, and I wouldn't mind doing something "different"
-Not much of a campus atmosphere
-This could be good or bad but.. really forces you to be independent. Housing is only for one year

Berkeley

Pros: -West coast
-Love San Francisco and the area
-I feel like it would provide opportunities for research etc, that might not be available at McGill
-Top programs
-Beautiful campus
-I hate to say this, but, prestige..

Cons: -I'm really intimidated by the supposed competitive atmosphere
-$$$$$$$$
-Overcrowding in dorms, overcrowding in classes

Tufts

Pros: -Small class sizes, more individual attention
-Emphasis on study abroad, which I would like to do
-Less competitive atmosphere
-I just love the .. vibe. Even just the application seemed really alternative and welcoming.
-Good IR and pre-med programs.
-Seems to have more of a campus atmosphere.

Cons: -Haven't visited the campus, won't be able to before I make my decision
-Far
$$$$$$$$$$$

So, a big factor is of course the money. My parents keep saying we could do it, but I just want to make sure it's really, really worth it because I know it would be a stretch. Anyways, thanks in advance for any advice!
