CC Pin?

Hey! I'm relatively new (okay new) to CC. What does it mean when the threads have a pin on the right of them? Also, what does the little blue tag thingy on the right mean? Sorry, I was just wondering if someone could clear that up for me?

hehe I was wondering this too :D

haha we have so much in common!

it’s making me wait to post

31…
16….
4…

The tag thing’s on the right, right? And the pin is to the left of the thread name?

yeah that’s what I’m talking about…

SOMEONE ANSWER OUR QUESTION!!! You might want to practice your thread-starting skills and re-post it in [Community & Forum Issues - College Confidential](http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/community-forum-issues/).

I THINK I GOT IT! The tags on the right are for the threads you last edited!

Stars–you’ve posted in this thread
Yellow bubble–there have been new posts in this thread
Blue square with arrow–click and go to first new post

:) They’re so annoying!

hahahahha THANK YOU!!!

i was actually confused and now I’m not!

Hahahaha, it took me two months to figure this all out. :stuck_out_tongue: Glad I could help!

haha you’re definitely helping! I would be sooo lost right now…and probably for the next year or so until I could figure it out!

LOL, the learning curve of this forum is steep!

probably cause everyone here is like a [color=purple] kid genius! /color

No, we are not! At least, I’m most definitely not!

don’t be so modest. anyone who knows will well (yeah i gave him a nickname ) is obviously a genius! ;)

Willy William! No, more like I’m a literature geek. I can’t stand math and science, though!

really? I’m good at english and social studies and that but i recently discovered that studying for science can actually improve your scores! Who knew? ;)

LOL! My problem is that I study and still get horrid scores-you’re so lucky! sigh

well maybe you just need to change how you study? I did that last year in Latin, and it made everything a lot easier! Have you tried that? But it doesn’t really matter for you anymore does it? You’re going to Choate!! :):)

Latin? Wow! What grade are you in?

Hahaha, thanks. I think I’m just dysfunctional.
