Our servers are back up - I apologize to all who haven’t been able to log in since yesterday, and also to those who were misled by an overly optimistic estimate as to when we’d be back online. We saw a combination of record high traffic and a server fault we’re still trying to track down.
The good news is that we’ll be bringing three big new servers online that will share the load and also give us some protection from outages by directing the traffic around a server that goes down.

I think in the 36 hours or so it was down, quite a few people had panic attacks. But now, it will be a surprised if my ED leter comes today. I bet the surge in users had to do with the fact some many people were getting letters/seeing if anyone else got their letters!
Oh man! It was terrible when there was no CC to distract me from freaking out about my EA schools. Definetly due to the huge amounts of people getting their ED/EA responces
