CC students to UVA or William & Mary

<p>I am currently a high school student and I was wondering does attending a CC and getting a 4.0 (which I am fully capable of or attending a state school give me a better chance of transferring to UVA or W&M. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated!</p>

<p>P.S.: All help would be EXTREMELY helpful, I am at a crossroads and I have less than 2 months to make up my decision.</p>

<p>It would be much better if you started out at another state school than a community college before transferring to UV or William & Mary.</p>

<p>What state school did you have in mind. Virginia Tech? James Madison?</p>

<p>Transferring is pretty hard though I hear.</p>
