<p>lol. How would you know? Its not like you're an adcom. I know community service matters (hours just indicate passion) because I know people who got into Ivies with community service as hooks. And her theatre work is impressive, but not to the extent that it could be a hook or make her stand out. Remeember, I'm talking about Yale!</p>

<p>Hours don't indicate passion. I know plenty of people that have tons of volunteer hours and don't care. It's how you use the hours that show your passion. If you really make an impact on the organization from what you did there. Quality over quantity. There are many threads on this topic, just search and read some.</p>
