CC to CSU Transfer Chances

I am wondering if I have a shot at getting into CSUN or CSULA with my terrible community college transcript…
I have 5 W’s, 3 F’s, and 3 C’s. I have a cumulative GPA of 3.07, but it should go up after I finish the two summer sessions (First session: A and B; Second session: probably both A’s) and my last semester, Fall 2017.

I know there are many stories out there of people who have had worse grades than mine and have gotten into UC’s and such after getting their life together. Here’s my problem: I have no “redeeming” story. I did not experience any major life changes or go through any terrible hardships. I was just dumb. Up until this semester, I’ve over-scheduled myself with 15 units (17 this past Spring) and two part-time jobs. I always take on too much and end up jeopardizing my health as a result. It became a huge mess every semester of scrambling to get’s B’s, which I could get away with since CC is crap. That’s why I had all the W’s and F’s. The three C’s are as follows: one in a music class when I was a music major (I’m now an ECE major), one C in an ECE class where I was a lazy idiot, and one C in math, which I struggle in immensely.

Maybe I’ve provided more information than needed, but does anyone have any ideas on my chances? Advice?

CSULA takes about 70/100 kids that apply. CSUN takes about 46/100 kids that apply. I got in with my 2.6 before I finished my community college with a 2.9. I do not live in the Los Angeles area so you can understand this. But I auditioned for the music program and they take talent despite your grades.
