Hi i actually had two questions lol, sorry.

i went to a CC in 2008 after graduating HS, however, i didn't like the college and stop attending after a semester. I had 1 "D" 1 "W" 1 "C". My GPA was terrible so i gave up on that college and transferred to a different CC. Will that effect my chances of getting into UCSD or any other UC for that matter

I go to a local San Diego community college at the moment and found out that i don't qualify for TAG for UCSD. I have a 3.2 UC transferable GPA at the moment and am trying to get in as a Poli-Sci major. I will have had all of my work completed (IGETC) by the spring of 2009. What are my chances??

Thanks a lot for your help!! i really would appreciate it deeply Thanks again

Your GPA is going to stick with you unless you do an Academic Renewal which I believe is a sort of reset on your GPA. The requirements vary between CCCs. SMC for example requires they be taken more than 2 years ago and only Ds and Fs can be disregarded.

3.2 is a pretty low GPA to transfer without TAG. You can apply anyways and if it doesn’t work out, I suggest taking another year to meet the TAG requirements.

i am suppose to have my Math requirements completed by Fall 2010. However, i won’t have that completed until Spring 2011. As a result, i am in eligible for TAG :(
