CC versus HS

<p>Since my high school offered very few AP courses, I've decided to take courses at a local cc instead (to hopefully have a more challenging course load.) Needless to say, I will have 85+ credit hours, a 3.9.... gpa by the time I apply to other universities. To keep things in perspective, I will apply as a freshman (more scholarships and from advisement) and I could care less if no credits at all would transfer. What I'm trying to get at is: would it have been better for me to stay at high school instead of pursuing advanced curriculum at a cc? Also, I am going to apply to a few Ivies.</p>

<p>it depends. if you have more than certain amount of credits i think your considered a transfer instead of a freshman applicant. as far as i see it though, good job!</p>
