CCC and 4-Year Coursework Prior to Transfer

I attended Cal Poly SLO only during Fall 2009 then withdrew because it wasn't for me... and attended my current community college for the rest of my time until today. I am applying to UCD UCI and UCSD. UCD for example states that if I have over 120 baccalaureate and CCC quarter units prior to enrollment I will be passed to the Dean of a department to review my application. How badly will this hinder my chances of being accepted to the college? It doesn't say that 120 is the limit for baccalaureate and CCC units but it just said that it'd be "reviewed by the deans" of the respective department. By the time of admission, I will have completed ~134 quarter units of combined cal poly quarter units (13) and CCC quarter units (121).

Therefore it doesn't say that I cant be admitted if i have over 120 quarter units but what I'm wondering is HOW BADLY does it effect my chances when having over that number will make my application be reviewed by the dean? I have completed IGETC and pre-req classes though and my GPA has been increasing ever since. My GPA is 3.19 at the moment and will be higher by the end of fall. I don't have TAG though. thanks for your input.

I added all my units between CCC and Cal Poly and it added to 141 (TOTAL) - 5 (W) = 136 but that number is including a No Credit, a No Pass, and a Pass i think. so would i take off 2 more for the NP/NC? I am under 135 I think. Hmm.

Do they count P/NP unit classes in the total that is mentioned for the CCC+baccalaureate unit totals? How about the classes that I got NP and NC in? do they count those 1 unit classes as well? How about non-transferrables? Do they add into the CCC+4-Year totals?

Overall, only units that are UC transferable will count. P units do count if the class is transferable to a UC but if you didn’t pass then it won’t be transferable. However, you don’t have anything to worry about because you can only transfer 70 semester (~104 quarter units) from your CC. Even with 13 additional units from Cal Poly, you will still be be under 120 quarter units. If you don’t understand this process, please check back threads for full explanations.
