<p>Hey guys, I just entered UCSD as a Junior from a CCC and I am already thinking of transferring out. I want to transfer for Fall of 2009, making that my senior year and receiving my diploma at UCI instead. Is this possible? Or have I screwed all chances by entering UCSD as a junior?</p>

<p>Depends on what your major is… UCI is accepting senior transfers for Fall 09 for all majors except arts and business. So you still have a good chance. Although, u wouldn’t have a higher priority than ccc students, u can count on the fact that UCI accepts higher volume of students as compared to UCSD.</p>

<p>I am an Economics major so that says it would be “Open” under the Department of Social Sciences. I guess I should just apply and see what happens.</p>
