CCC transfer to UC or Private School?

Hey guys,
I'm a current CCC student in my third semester. I'll be finishing up in three semesters (instead of four) and getting an Associates degree in Political Science this December. I would like to double major in French along with Political Science at my future university.

Transfer from: Monterey Peninsula College
Applying to:
-UCLA
-UCSD
-UCSB
-Stanford
-USC
-Claremont McKenna
-Pomona

I got into UCSB/SD in high school, but I grew up in Massachusetts so I don't have residency in CA. I went to a CCC to save money and hopefully establish residency. Will a big move across the country help my chances?

My stats are as follows:
GPA: 4.0 (current semester in progress)
AP Credit:
US Hist- 4
US Gov/Pol- 2
English Lit- 4
French- 3

SATS (even though the UCs don't see them)- 2010 superscore

Work Experience- Part time jobs beginning in ninth grade to present, sometimes with two at once. Some applicable to french interest such as tutoring.

Volunteer Experience- All in high school, through local parish and at YMCA.
I plan on using my free semester to volunteer in Senegal, which is a primarily French-speaking country in Africa. I will be doing a three month internship researching, advocating, and teaching the locals about human rights.

Certifications- Teaching English as a Foreign Language

Awards- A bunch of sports-related in high school. AP Scholar, High School Senior French Award.

No personal statements yet, but I plan on writing about how I got interested in politics and how that inspired my choice in major and my internship plans on Prompt 1. For Prompt 2 I'll write about my passion for French and how its made me grow as a person.

Your thoughts and ideas would be much appreciated (:
