CCC Transfer Units

If you're a CCC transfer who applied to a UC and/or CSU, how many units/credits did you do in total? I'm asking because I'm afraid I might do a little too much...

the amount of units you complete at a community college won't hurt you because you can't become a junior; all that matters is that you complete 60. At a 4 year it matters because you would be considered a junior based on the amount of units you complete

so if i somehow go over 60 it doesn't hurt?

You need to have either 60 semester units or 90 quarter units.

Going over those units won't hurt, but it won't really help and here's why: Most UC's only take up to a certain amount of units over the required minimum. For instance: UC's require 90 units to xfer, but will only count up to 105. So if you have say, 120, then you only get credit for 105. Now, the classes you took still count for xfer and towards completion of your undergrad. But you must still get the necessary units when you xfer.
