CCNY: Grove School of Engineering—What Are My Chances?

Hello, everyone.

I am going to be a senior this upcoming September in a high school in New York City. I am planning on to majoring in Mechanical Engineering and City College of New York is my top choice (mainly because of distance from home and SAT scores). I meet the minimum criteria for getting into CCNY easily. However, I am unsure if the requirements for Grove School of Engineering are different. It will be really helpful if someone from that specific school—or someone knowledgeable about this matter—would tell me if I have a chance to get into Grove?

Sat reading: 520
Sat math: 550
GPA: 3.9
Regents:
1) Algebra: 91
2) Geometry: 86
3) Trig: 87
4) Chemistry: 92
5) Biology: 86
6) Earth Science: 90
7) English: 93

I am planning to get the Advanced Regents Diploma with honors.
I will take pre-calculus and Physics next year. I have also taken plethora amount of college now classes coupled with English Language AP (Hoping to get a 4 or 5 on it), US History AP; and will take other AP classes (Environmental, Literature) this coming year.

I plan on to re-taking the SATs this October and am aiming to get 600 on each.
I will also take SAT Subject Tests for Chemistry and Math 1—although I am totally unsure about the scores I will get.

What are the chances to get into the Macaulay Honors College—or, the honors program, at least; and what are the differences between these two programs?

So, to sum up the questions considering my SAT, GPA, Courses taken, Regents Score:

1) What are the chances of getting into Grove School of Engineering?
2) What are the chances of getting into the Macaulay Honors College if I improve my SAT and get 600 on each?

If you can help, I will be really grateful, thank you. :)
