<p>Which one should I choose?
Los Angeles City College(LACC)
SMC
or Pasadena City College?</p>
<p>The closest one to me is LACC. I want to major in theatre, and take a variety of other courses including 2 languages(if its possible :] ) </p>
<p>BUT I also want to transfer to an out of state university. Which would be a good choice?</p>
<p>Go to SMC or PCC. I think they’re better than LACC.</p>
<p>I have had several students of LAC come through my theatre, and all have been excellent. Those that moved on locally went to mostly UCLB, UCI, and Cal State Fullerton, and I have had a chance to see them in recent productions, very nice.</p>
<p>As for out of state programs, there is a great resource under the MT Majors section here on CC. Make sure you ask a lot of transfer related questions and find your best fit. Good Luck.</p>
<p>I would avoid LACC, I hear it’s not the best. I plan on going to SMC, Pasadena is a bit too far for me.</p>
