I auditioned for many schools in Chicago at Unifieds.
The places are:
CCU
*Ohio Northern
*Northern Illinois
*Viterbo
*Western Michigan University
*Texas State Acting
*Ball State
*Rider
*Evansville

So far the only schools I have heard from are Webster, Western Michigan and Texas State and Evansville.
Has ANYONE heard anything???..this waiting is so scary!!

mtheatrecat-I know Ball State has called acceptances and emailed rejections. I know a guy that received an acceptance from Viterbo about a week after Unifieds. I thought Webster was not letting anyone know until the 31st…when did you hear from them? My D is not auditioning for Western until the 15th.

My D got a call accepting her at Ball, got a letter wait listing her for Ohio N, and auditions at WMU next week. As far as I know WMU hasn’t made any decisions yet. She also did Webster in Chicago and doesn’t anticipate anything from them until auditions are done the end of March. I know in the Webster thread there has been discussion of some folks getting emails post-audition and some not, and that it has no correlation to acceptance. Be sure you’re not confusing academic acceptance with program acceptance.

Some emails from CCU have been sent out releasing people from consideration but offer calls have not yet been made from on campus or Chicago auditions. More people will hopefully begin to hear within the next few days.

All goes well, the first round of offers (it normally takes me two or three days to do it all) will begin tomorrow at the latest. This takes a tremendous amount of time and energy. We work really hard at this. Please be patient. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact me. kmartin@coastal.edu

I don’t want to speak for Ken but I am almost positive that if you still haven’t heard your application is still under consideration/in the pool/etc. I would send him an email at the address above- I am sure he would be happy to respond ASAP to your person situation.

Yes, just send me a personal email. There are some people who inevitably get lost in the pages of the spreadsheet. We have sent all notifications to the people who are no longer being considered. We have not sent wait-list notifications. But, as I say, with hundreds of these there is a chance we may have made a mistake.
