Davis has Computer Engineering? I never saw it on the list of majors when I applied… I ended up with CSE, which i don’t want (now that I know there is CE). Anyone know if I could contact them and get my major switched?

No idea. I doubt it since they are different majors, and you're admitted to a major so it wouldn't make since for schools to let somone switch majors after they're admitted.
Here's the text on changing major, I got it at http://engineering.ucdavis.edu/pages/students/undergrad/advising/change_major.html#chg
To change to the majors: Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering/Materials Science from a major in any college (including Engineering), you must:

have completed Math 21A, B, C, E 6 or ECS 30, Physics 9A and Chemistry 2A or their equivalents with at least a 3.0 GPA;

have maintained a 3.0 GPA in all engineering, math (21 series and above) and physics (9 series and above) course work completed prior to the change of major; and

have a minimum overall UC GPA of 2.75.
