CEEB code for Indian high schools

What if my High School (in INDIA) doesnt have a CEEB code. Also does my high school need to register with college board(or common app) to complete my application.

They say on the college board site that your school has to apply for a number, but you can also use 000004 (check that) if they don’t have one.
