<p>So which service providers work best in the University Apartments, specifically Westwood Chateau? I live in Sunset Village right now and have AT&T and it's so frustrating because my phone almost never works. I really can't live like that for another year because I won't be living on the first floor and it would be a ***** having to go downstairs and walk down the street every time to make a call.</p>
