<p>Just wondering. I have Verizon right now and i am from the LA area. I will be coming to Davis as a freshmen next year. Which phone service is the best reception wise? i am planning on sticking w/ Verizon or changing to Tmobile. Also does anyone know if the data plan is worth it? I’m not sure if i should get one since isn’t there wifi all over campus? please let me know and leave a response. i really appreciate it!</p>
<p>My suitemate used to have Verizon before her parents switched to a new phone provider and she got reception then. All phone services have reception here in Davis, though. I’m with AT&T and I get good reception. And to my knowledge, the only place where there isn’t wifi is in individual dorms (in fact, resnetx sucks). Anywhere else on campus, you can connect to MobileNetx or Eduroam (the two main wifi networks on campus).</p>
